Because site conditions, supplier specifications, regional building codes, and tax jurisdictions vary widely, you should independently confirm all critical quantities before signing contracts, purchasing non-returnable materials, or filing official documents.
Work & Pay Calculators
- Gross Arithmetic Only: Pay raise, salary-to-hourly, time card, and overtime tools calculate gross pre-tax figures. They do not model individualized income tax withholding, FICA, healthcare deductions, retirement contributions, or local tax credits.
- No Legal Overtime Determination: Our time card tools perform standard mathematical hour and break splits. They do not determine whether an employee is legally exempt or non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) or state labor regulations, and they do not replace official employer payroll logs.
Roofing & Construction Calculators
- Material Quantity Estimates: Roof pitch, shingle bundle, deck board, gravel, and concrete calculators provide geometric material estimates with standard waste allowances. They do not replace physical site measurements, supplier order minimums, or contractor assessments.
- No Structural or Engineering Warranty: Our construction tools do not evaluate structural load capacities, foundation soil bearing strengths, beam deflection, joist spans, rafter framing adequacy, or wind uplift resistance. Always consult licensed contractors and verify compliance with local building codes.
Business & Accounting Tools
- Pricing & Profit Math: Profit margin, markup, and job costing tools provide gross unit arithmetic. They do not account for enterprise overhead, corporate tax structures, or GAAP/IFRS accounting requirements.
- Invoices and Estimates: Generated invoice and quote documents are templates created from your browser inputs. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with statutory invoicing rules, sales tax collection requirements, and commercial contracting laws in your jurisdiction.
File & Document Utilities
- ATS Resumes & Cover Letters: Formatting tools produce clean, single-column vector PDFs designed for automated parsing. However, FivoTools cannot guarantee interview invitations, job offers, or universal compatibility with every proprietary applicant tracking system.
- PDF Signing & Editing: Drawn or stamped signatures created using our PDF tools represent visual signature stamps. They do not represent cryptographic public-key digital certificates (such as PKI-based digital signatures).
- Visual Crop vs. Redaction: Cropping a PDF or image adjusts visual boundaries; it is not a secure data redaction technique and does not eliminate underlying hidden layers or vector objects.
Third-Party Destinations & QR Codes
QR codes created by FivoTools encode your requested destination URL directly. FivoTools exercises no ownership or control over third-party websites, external URLs, Wi-Fi networks, or file servers linked via generated codes.
